  I bought a gate on 10-27-09 from ace fencing and it's already rusting. I called and talked to CJ and he told me the paint isn't under warranty and so they won't do anything about my rusting gate. I told him I didn't order the paint, he did, but all he said was that it wasn't under warranty. I would suggest anyone thinking of using this company, should think twice. I paid almost $500.00 for the gate and in less than a year it's rusing out.
