  It's sad the way this pharmacy is ran. Incompetence rages rampant in this place. I've had them turn me away stating that my insurance was not accepted even though we've purchased prescriptions from them with the same insurance policy and card before. I'm a young guy and can't imagine what older generations have to go through to deal with their weekly or monthly prescriptions. Stay away from this place if you want to keep your sanity!

  Their time estimates are completely wrong. NUMEROUS times I have dropped off a prescription to be told it would ready in 30 minutes. Go back an hour later and they tell me it's not ready yet and it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they tell me another 15 minutes. They also check when dropping the prescription off to see if they have it which they say they do, then when you show up to pick it up they say they only have one of the two (or however many you dropped off) prescriptions in stock and the other one wouldn't be in until the next day. And these are prescriptions for things like eye drops, creams and antibiotics, not pain pills.
