  The store 'manager' Paige should really get a lesson in customer service. I came in with a dress that I purchased that had a hole along the seam. Clearly not my fault. While I was waiting for her to assist me, I grabbed several other garments to purchase, and wanted an even exchange, dress for dress on the one with a hole. Had the reciept with no tag, she told me she would do it as a 'courtesy' but then they didnt have that particular dress so nevermind!?!?! I asked her what her solution was, and she told me to leave the tags on everything....lol, didnt see her with tags hanging from her clothes. Her poor customer service led to me to leave the 65$ worth of extra garments I was going to purchase at the counter....her words to me, 'count it as a loss'.
