  customer service good but i had to give my son on chistmas the only thing he wanted it was completely broken and even refurbished they are supposed to be payed and fix so there are no problems and because it was chritmas there were no shops to go to to have them replace it

  Used to be my favorite store in the mall up until my latest stop there, me and my friends were yelled at by a female employee in some damn mom jeans for saying “damn” once in the store, she made a scene with a raised voice saying “stop swearing” even though my friend said it once, a few minutes pass after we respected her and said sorry, the same friend said “DANG” and she heard it as “DAMN” still, continuing with a raised voice to say “I can still hear you” then we looked her in the eyes and said “he said dang” and she snobbishly replied with “no you didn’t”. Pretty unprofessional for a store that sells video games where you can slaughter people, buy hookers, and throw around racial slurs for fun.
