The staff is commissioned, so they really want to help you to find the perfect light. The thing I love about Lamps Plus is the staff and customer service. If anything goes wrong or you are unhappy with your purchase, they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. It doesn't get a 5 star rating, because it tends to be a little pricier than other retailers, but you can always ask them for a discount.
