  The absolute worst customer service ever!!! No Wonder people shop on Amazon. Came in to buy a $900 watch and a $200 coffee maker. No sales people around to help me. Finally found someone and was told she was going on break to move to another line. Got in the other line and that person told me it was going to be awhile to go back to the other lady who by this point proceeded to take the law behind me. Needless to say I left without spending $1200 I intended to spend. This is why retail is dead!

  I've been shopping Macy's for years going back to Burdines. Turquoise at the clinic booth, has been the nicest, most attentive to your needs Ever. You don't find great employees Like that. Kudos to Turqouise. Thanks for covering my red face...
