  I live in North las Vegas, made a appointment in Henderson. Asked the lady before I left how much it was she said $45. Get there, accodently left my purse so I only had the $45 then she tells me it's 48 and some change, couldn't do anything but drive back home just to not even get a appointment at all. The receptionist was a b*tch. None of that was fair and I rather take my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing guys. Sad I had to give u 1 star.
