Just believe me when I say that I had no idea they could have been worse then Lowes but they majorly proved me wrong. I will go back to Lowes from now on and realize that the week I had to wait for a dryer repair was nothing compared to my 5 weeks with Pacific sales at Best Buy. Do not do business with them. They are underhanded lazy confused and it takes hours on the phone to explain anything.
