  I love their products. We furnished our new 4 bedroom house with furniture from RC Willey. Our salesman Joe Mier was very helpful and patient to show us everything I asked for. He also made suggestions, which was very helpful with decision making. Because of my pleasant experience in his customer service, I have recommended my family members to ask for him.

  They have a great selection of furniture, rugs and accessories. The delivery and set-up personnel were very professional, courteous and cleaned up all packaging materials. I have recommended this store to friends. I didn't give 5 stars because the store is 2 hours away. I don't expect to have one any closer.

  We bought 4 appliances from RC Willey a little over a year ago in part because the sales staff was very attentive to our wants and needs. First of all, when the gas stove was delivered and installed we turned it on and one of the small burners didn't stay lit on low. We called RCW about the issue and two days later we had a new stove delivered and installed. We were busy moving and remodeling so I never got to writing a review. Fast forward to just after thanksgiving when the soap dispenser door on our dish washer broke. We were in the process of repairing it ourselves when we finally located the receipt. The unit was just over a year old, however, the receipt indicated that we had purchased an extended warranty. As I recall the sales person talked us into it, he said it was worth it on dish washers. We called RC Willey, and they had no issues with our claim. They sent a very professional repair person out to deal with the dish washer the very next day. Very refreshing. Yes, I'll shop there again!
