  I just want to start off by saying I always go to this store; however once I got in I was told (proudly as a matter of fact) by the new store manger John that Zinnia was no longer with the company and he could no longer help me with my issue at hand. He made me feel as though I was not a customer, but yet just somebody who was wasting his time. I have always worked with Zinnia for quite some time now and she has always seemed to find a solution for my problems no matter how small or big they were. The associates however were very kind. Makayla was able to help me with my issues while john wasn't very helpful at all and kept trying to shove sales down my throat!! Very disappointed in the change in management! Looks like I might have to find a new store or leave T-mobile completely!!
