  Jim Brown provides excellent customer service!! If we have a problem he immediately calls or stops by our location to solve it. He will bring uniforms to our facility if necessary. He is always trying to improve his service to us. He also gives us the most competitive pricing on hats and tee shirts!! We believe he is a truly caring manger and a shining star at Unifirst!! We also love Roberto Botello he was a fill in for our regular guy, but he really did not mind taking the time to answer all of our questions with a smile on his face. I love how I felt like he was not in a rush and we could truly go through to make sure everything was correct with our order. He has a true understanding on how to make the customer feel important.
