  I love this store so much. I went in there thinking I was going to buy a lot of cute outfits for an event I would be attending shortly. I was super upset, I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and the staff just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me or help me with a dressing room. After the 10 minutes went by one girl came up to me and asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and she responded oh well the line starts over there, and pointed to the hidden line behind the prom dress racks, which I had not seen. It would have been nice if she had said something when I walked up with all the dresses I had. Two girls just kept walking past me not saying anything. If they had greeted me when I came up and let me know where the line is I would not have been as upset, but I already wasted so much time thinking I was waiting, for her to tell me I wasn't, I was extremely disappointed and just left at that point without buying anything. It was such a shame because I really loved this store. I gave it a second chance after the first bad encounter I had when one of the staff members didn't ask me what size I was when helping me find outfits, instead she just handed me all large sizes. I found this really offensive considering I have never worn a large, I always wear small. I appreciated her trying to help me find the right look, but the size mattered too.... Unfortunately I don't think I will continue shopping here, it used to be one of my favorite places, but after both of those experiences the staff just doesn't make it a place I want to shop. :(
